| At Broom House, you be treated to homemade jam; fresh fruits grown in the garden; fresh Whitby smoked fish; and the traditional breakfast you would expect. The breakfast room is on the ground floor with an original Yorkshire range, and has a window overlooking the lower valley. There is also a lounge for sole use of guests, with an open fireplace, comfortable sofas and wonderful views.
Outside, there are a number of parking spaces, and you will also have your own patio overlooking the valley where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking view. The one key element of the house is the quiet, natural surroundings. Salmon can even be seen swimming up the river in the Autumn.
Perfectly situated on the border of the North Yorkshire Moors, the Moors Inn is a Grade II Listed building in the centre of Appleton-le-Moors village.
All of the comfortable rooms have en suite facilities and a TV. Many rooms have charming period features, including beamed ceilings.
The Moors Inn serves an a la carte menu and traditional British food, in a cosy, welcoming environment. There are a large range of whiskeys and beers.
